This orders and information are reference to all visitors in Apartments Lončar:
Staying in apartments begins in 14 o`clock from the first day, and ends till 10 o`clock last day.
While staying guests may use the out-door barbecue, but they must insure the coal by themselves and after use they must clean it all because of consideration to other guests.
The bedding is being changed while schift of guests, and to guests who are staying for more than 10 days we give a bedding on the 7th day of staying, to change it by themselves.
Guests must keep the key of apartment and care of locking up the door because owner doesn`t take a responsibility for stealing and carelesness.
Guests will learn how to use with all objects, inventory and equipement, so they must turn off all equipement, and close windows because of draught.
It is not permission staying or sleeping to other visitors that are not registerd as a guests of our apartments. About any visit guests need to inform owners.
Also it is not allowed input weapons, narcotics and other dangerous and inflammable things.
Smoking is allowed in apartments, but we ask our guests not to throw cigarette butts on the court-yard.
Owner does not take a responsibility for possible disappearance of things or values of guests.
